IndiCell is a collaborative project designed to connect academia, hospitals and industry to generate a workflow from academic stem cell research into the clinic. The project has a strong focus on individualized stem cell therapy with Parkinson’s disease and Macular Degeneration as exemplars. IndiCell was funded with 40 million SEK over 5 years and is coordinated by Anna Falk (LU), with Malin Parmar (LU) and Fredrik Lanner (KI) as co-coordinators and includes partners from Lund university (LU), Karolinska Institutet (KI), Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Skåne University Hospital, Karolinska Hospital, Biolamina, Acousort AB and MAGic BioProcessing.
